Tracker backpacks and bags are delivered with a 30 year warranty from the purchase date identified on the sales receipt/invoice. The warranty covers any material or manufacturing defect, and applies when the product is used for the purpose intended. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, overloading, negligence, use of washing machine, own repairs or external elements. All returns must be returned to the local tracker distributor, and will be subjected to the inspection and approval by Tracker International ltd. before any repairs is authorized.
